A Message From Pastor Jason

Dear Christ’s Church family,

It is a joy to serve alongside you and to see the ways God is at work through Christ’s Church. Every week, we see life change as people are embracing what it means to be a disciple of Jesus.

At the center of everything we do is the mission Jesus has given His church: to make disciples, better disciples, and more disciples.

A disciple is someone who follows Jesus, is being transformed by Jesus, and is on mission with Jesus. Our goal isn’t simply to help people attend church or participate in ministry. We want to help people become devoted followers of Jesus who then help others follow Him.

That means reaching more people with the good news of Jesus and helping those who already follow Him grow deeper in their relationship with Him. Ultimately, we want to see disciples making disciples who make disciples. That is the mission that shapes our priorities, our ministries and how we steward the resources God has entrusted to us.

The 2026/27 budget you’ll find on this page reflects that commitment. Our elders and staff have looked carefully at every area of ministry through a simple question: How does this help us make disciples?

The result is a budget that keeps overall spending relatively flat while intentionally investing in disciple making, ministry and care, improving the spaces where ministry happens, and continuing to make significant progress in reducing our debt so we can be debt free by 2031.

Every dollar represents more than a number on a page. It represents the generosity of people who believe in the mission and the opportunity we have together to help more people follow Jesus, be transformed by Jesus, and join Jesus in His mission.

Thank you for the way you faithfully give, serve and pray. What we do together matters because people matter to Jesus.

I’m also grateful to welcome Brian Pall as our newest elder. Brian and Michele have faithfully served Christ’s Church for years, and I’m grateful for the wisdom, humility and shepherd’s heart Brian brings to our elder team.

There is much to be grateful for and much to look forward to in the coming year. I’m excited about where God is leading Christ’s Church and what He will continue to do through a church committed to making disciples who make disciples.

For His glory,

2026/27 Ministry & Financial Overview

Our 2026/27 budget is about more than managing what God has entrusted to us today. It’s about faithfully stewarding what He has given us so we can be ready for where He is leading us tomorrow.

We’re keeping overall spending relatively flat while intentionally investing in the things that move our mission forward: making disciples, caring for our church family, strengthening marriages, creating environments where people can take their next step toward Jesus, improving the spaces God has given us, and continuing to reduce our debt.

Christian education is a significant part of how Christ’s Church reaches our community and disciples the next generation. Christ’s Church Academy operates as a financially self-sustaining ministry, with its operating expenses covered by tuition revenue. But its impact extends far beyond the classroom.

Through the Academy, we have an ongoing opportunity to build relationships with families, point students to Jesus, and help shape the next generation of disciples. With the Academy operating at capacity, it continues to be an important expression of our mission to make disciples, better disciples, and more disciples.

Our goal is for every dollar to contribute to greater Kingdom impact today while building greater capacity for the future.

Here’s a closer look at how we’re stewarding our resources to make disciples who make disciples and prepare Christ’s Church for what God has ahead.

What matters most

Focused. Faithful. Forward.

Disciple Making

Inviting and equipping people to become devoted followers of Jesus who make disciples who make disciples.

Caring for Our Spaces

Anticipated facility needs and repairs of $500,000–$1,000,000 this fiscal year help enhance the spaces where ministry happens.

A Stronger Foundation

With a goal of being debt free by 2031, we are continuing to aggressively pay down additional debt to free more resources for Kingdom Advancement.

Generosity that Makes Transformation Possible

$7 million. One shared mission.

Our giving goal funds a year of discipleship, care, and Gospel-centered impact.

Generositystarts with a decision.

As disciples of Jesus, we seek to reflect His life in every area of our lives, our time, talents, relationships and resources. We choose to make generosity a priority, decide how and how often we will give, and trust the Holy Spirit to grow our generosity over time. It may start small, but generosity is formed in the everyday rhythms of following Jesus.

Your next step

Take some time to pray and ask God, “What does generosity look like for me in this season?” Then choose a specific amount and rhythm of giving and make it part of your regular life as you follow Jesus.
